BD7II where to install HSF ???

Stupid question but I was looking at BD7II pictures @ newegg and coudnt see if HSF base was installed around CPU socket. Am I missing something here. I am planning to get new board after giving up on Asus P4S533. I am also cosidering IT7 Max. Any recommendations?

I bought Asus P4B533-E one week ago. it works great. yo can buy new GigaByte GA8IHXP if you like RDRam.
