Asus A7V333 RAID + Seagate Barracuda = Error?

Hi there!

I'm thinking of buying a Asus A7V333 RAID and two Seagate Barracudas 80GB which I intend to put in RAID. My local dealer says that you should avoid Seagate + RAID. Does anyone have the combination above? Working?

If it's not working, I guess it should still be possible to use them as ordinary separate ATA-100 drives!? Correct?

(I really want Seagate Barracudas because they are the most quiet hds on the market right now)

yes you can use 'em however without raid configuration.
