Please help - Asus A7V333

I got the A7V333 because it supports turning off the fans in S3 suspend mode.
Well, I went to the power options in the BIOS only to find that there is a blank space where the option to set the suspend mode is supposed to be. I checked the manual and it has a picture of the power options screen in the BIOS and it shows the option to set suspend mode. Why is this missing from my BIOS?
I tried installing the latest BIOS and even tried a beta version...still no S3 suspend option.
