Via KT400

Anyone know about when this chipset is supposed to be public? I read a while back that samples were already out for the KT400 and that the KT333 was supposed to be a short lived chipset. I Just wanted to get a update and can't find any new info on it. I plan to build in a month depending on any changes that take place in the near future.
