Mobo - Ram compatibility

Hey there I have ordered a GIGABYTE GA-7VRXP KT333 motherboard and I also ordered some new ram for a system I am putting together. I have one problem, the motherboard says it is compliant with ram that is 2.5. The ram I ordered is 2.0. Will I have compatibility problems?

It shouldn't be a problem the 2.0 just won't run at its maximum capability, it will clock itself down to match 2.5.

You never know what you can do until you try.
