i would like to know if there's any chance of obtaining audio output from the PS3 other than digital? Thanks

Sorry can't help you but the oddest thought just floated into my head...

Are you one of those people that shelved $2000+ to obtain a PS3 before the US launch, and then found out you also need a tuner/receiver with optical or coax audio input, as well as a 1080p hdmi ready tv just to enjoy the ultimate gaming experience? Oops almost forgot, you also need that 7.1 home theater system to enjoy the latest in surround sound as well.

holy sucks to be you? this forum is even worse than pc hardware. i'll not grace your judgemental response with a simple yes or no, and will instead just hope that your big mac laden diet does you in before other people seeking help get turned off as much as i did.

ps- if i do get a ps3 i'll let you have it for 2k!
