3com Airconnect 3crwe737a-e1 128-bit encryption

I bought this recently from ebay for my Jornada 820 (I needed a card that
supported wince2.11).
I've upgraded firmware for, latest drivers etc....but I can't make work on
our company's wireless network, which requires 128-bit encryption.

Is it possible to make this work? I've set the encyption to 128, used the
access password thingy (from 3com's site) but when I fire up the 3com status
app, it says that the operating mode is:

INTL PRODUCT
ESS (802.11)
40-bit Encryption

So, is there anything I can do? Or will this particular version of the card
never work with 128-bit encryption?
