Best board for GF4 MX440

I recently purchased a GF4 MX440 and my motherboard doesnt support it. Which is the best board for it keeping in mind it must support sd-ram and have inbuilt sound and network adapter?

I can't find any SDR Athlon boards that have both integrated sound and NIC, but you can get a cheap NIC for $10-15 and just use a single PCI slot.
