I know this is just a simple setting, but I can't find it!! How do I get my computer to automatically show all the files in the Start menu program folder? I hate having to always click the little "expand" arrows to see all the programs.

Right-click on the nice green Start button and select:
Properties > Start Menu > Customize and uncheck
the little box next to "Use Personalized Menus".
