First system, opinions please:

Building first system, opinions wanted please. Ordering in about a week from newegg.
Asus A7V333 w/ Raid
Athlon XP-1800 (retail)
Samsung 512MB PC 2700
ATI AIW 8500DV 64MB
Antec Performance Plus 880 w/ 430W True Power

Already have other components:
Monitor CTX 19” PL9
Lite-On CDRW and DVD
Maxtor 7200 rpm 40gig hd.

Any advice good/bad greatly appreciated. Will be used mostly for surfing the net, word processing, light video editing and some light gaming. Also possibly using the TIVO features of the ATI card and DVD viewing. Don’t plan to do any overclocking in the near future (but not totally ruling it out).

the only thing i would do differently is if you are going to install win 9X or me i would get Samsung 256MB PC3200 400MHz CAS 2 @$70. thats with shipping
