WordPad and NotePad.
Both very basic.
Other than those, no Microsoft operating system has ever included a
word processor though many computer sellers have chosen to include
some word processors with their computers.

No, and none of Microsoft's operating systems ever did - other than the very
basic ones called Notepad and WordPad.
