Hi..
I need to know how to delete my whole computer and start fresh. I am having so much troulbe doing things. I have virus scanning going but still does not help. It picks up the virus but still messes up the computer. It is installed correctly, as all was well before what ever this problem I have now is. My comp just freezes after I go into things. or it takes upto 5 mins to get into anything.

Hi Julie,
No offence intended, but judging by your post, I think your best bet is to
either contact the people you bought your PC from or find a friend who is
familiar with PC's to help you.
LOL, JAX

Hi Julie,
Boot the WinXP CD, start the installer. Delete the existing system
partition, create a new one from the free space created. Format, run setup.
All existing files on the system will be gone.
