Anyone else have problems with double agent?

Something is really wrong with this game. Tried it with the patch, no patch and different settings and nothing seem to work. In the tutorial i dont even see my caracter and in game the gfrx looks really bad.

Its not my PC cuz my friend just re-install windows flash my bios tested it with prime95 memtest etc and all my drivers are up to date.


UPDATE Ok today i re-install the game, patched it up and it ran ok. I notice tho that before the pacth there wasnt any AA option in game setting, after the patch yes.
With either CCC or ATI Tray tool you need to have everything to application controlled otherwise it screws the game up.

There is still a problem tho, when i go change the setting and use the customized one, as soon as i go back the to the game they revert back to next generation, therefore no AA. Doesnt look that bad but still annoying.
