MSI KT3 Ultra-ARU or?

I just purchased a MSI KT3 Ultra-ARU from Fry's Electronics for $130. They had a SY-KT333 DRAGON Lite for $100. I am wondering if the MSI is worth the extra $30 or if I should return it and purchase the Soyo lite.

They did not really have a good selection of other KT333 motherboards.

I would try your MSI board first. I used a dragon lite for my P4, and it was not a great overclocker. You have 30 days to try out the board; just keep all the packaging, manual, drivers, etc. as they will check it out thoroughly if you return it.
