Ok I have the Asus A7v333 MB with an AMD AThlon XP 2000+ Chip. In the Bios I have it set to 1667(?) for chip speed and everything is jumperless. I am not trying to Overclock the CPU in any way. I am running XP Pro on the machine. It seems like every 3rd or 4th time I power on the machine I get a Failure do to overclocking message and I get dumped into bos screen to set the CPU speed. I set it back to 1667 and save and the system boots fine for the next few times. Any Ideas?

turn off the overclock watchdog in the bios... or whatever asus uses to monitor overclocking and reboots.
