ASUS P4S533 flash?

I am building a computer for the first time.

The instructions from the ASUS include flashing the BIOS with aflash.exe. I understand that there is some risk when flashing BIOS (something goes wrong = dead mobo).

Is flashing the BIOS worth the risk or should I stick with the original BIOS that came with the mobo?

if you're not having any problems with your computer...then dont worry about flashing the BIOS.

I haven't started the computer yet.

From your answer, it sounds like the BIOs should already be installed. If everything works ok I guess I won't have to flash the BIOS.

yes...there should already be a BIOS that was "pre flashed" into your motherboard...
