i want to get my brother a wii game for the holidays, just wondering if anyone has recommendations? he already has zelda. i was thinking super monkey balls because he used to have that for the game cube, and it was awesome. yeh or neh?

Super Monkey Ball for the Wii is not anywhere near as good as it was for the gamecube.

I would actually recommend Rayman Raving Rabbits. Its really a fun little game.

I liked Super Monkey Ball, but the 1 player actualy translated a bit better. The Multi-player games are hit or miss, and require separate controlers even for hotseat play.

I've heard Rayman is good for multi-player wackeyness. Wario: Smooth Moves is supposed to be good as well.

SMOOTH MOVES is GREAT
multi-player is lacking you have to share the one wiimote

over 200 different lightning quick mini games, the Humor in this is great
Perfect for the Nintendo Freak

Rabbits is good some of the Mini games long (gun game on rails style) in this

Paper Mario is good but not a "stand on your feet crazy" game like SMOOTH MOVES

Hopefully Mario Party 8 will use the wiimote in a more party setting like Wii Sports tennis, Waiting on reviews, MP8 comes out on May 29th.
