Cannot access windows 7 drive

Hello,i have installed windows XP on windows 7 previously installed laptop. when i boot, only i see widows xp. After i logon to windows Xp when i try to access the drive windows 7 is installed on, it says,"cannot find the drive specified". I cannot boot to windows 7 and i cannot open the c: drive windows 7 is installed on. What can i do?
