Granting Multiple Users Access to Same Program

I'm sure this is a simple question, but I don't know how
to grant multiple users access to the same program. For
instance, when I log into my user account, I have access
to Word, Excel, and other Office products. When I switch
to my wife's user account, she does not have access to
Office products. How do I grant her access to those
programs?

Thanks.

Hi,

You may need to install it under her profile depending on the version of
Office, but sometimes you just need to move the shortcuts. You can read up
more on this here:
