i kind of lol'd on the feature differences with XP having XP Mode

though honestly on a new computer Win7 runs just fin, is more secure, and will have updates coming in longer than XP will. IMO XP support for consumer (not businesses) should be cut as soon as Win7 SP1 hits

actually some things are slower in Windows 7, but then again some of the extra security, new memory management, and thread management pay off

aero is not all that great, it is kind of meh (there are much better desktop managers in linux with effects)

security center blows, it's the first thing that malware writers take advantage of (making a popup come up that looks like it), however Microsoft Security Essentials is actually pretty good

i agree only on a new computer, on an older one there really is no sense of moving to Win7

and guy, learn some English, it helps with understanding your post

Stuff like Jump Lists and Search make it easier and faster to find files, emails, webpages and so on.

Jump Lists let you right-click on taskbar items to select from a list of that program's recently opened files/pages, so you don't have to drag and minimize windows like a crazy person to find what your looking for, especially if you're like every other computer-literate person and regularly have millions of windows open.

The search function in the Start Menu is way better as well. I often find specific emails from weeks back using it instead of sifting through Outlook the old way.
