My job has some tasks which require repetitive keystrokes.

Is there a utility that I can use that will open a program, and send commands to it that I teach? Like click file, save, file location name, save, exit, open etc etc?

Basically I want to automate my keystrokes mouse movements and clicks.

The parameters never change.

macro in excel? try recording what you want to do and see what happens, you could even use a column to hold different file names.

There are lots of them. It is a common utility associated with many programs, especially data entry, what you are looking for is a program that can create and save "macros" Here is one for Windows.

They have Intellisence in some Microsoft development tools. I imagine there are some 3rd party apps that could do that.

Actually here is something that might help you.
