Heatsink retention mechanism

does anyone know where i can find a heatsink retention mechanism for a p4 423-pin board? the image of what i'm looking for is here: http://www.aeolus.com.cn/AEP405a.files/image012.jpg

i got this board from a friend who broke it. (you think after all the talk of thermal throttling and cooling.. no one ever mentioned how flimsy the little plastic piece that actually hold up the entire heatsink actually is.)i'd really appreciate any help. thanks!

not an easy find if you can't get it from the original mobo seller, you end up having to get a new mobo for a 50 cents piece of plastic.. you're in luck though!
