I have a CRX216E Sony CD-RW (Standard Dell RW I think). I'm trying to read Oblivion (DVD). Is there any drivers or "box" programs that'll let me play it? Or do I have to go out and buy a DVD player?

2nd question is, I've got a ATI Radeon 9000, and a 9250 (I can't get the 9250 to work with any driver, let alone the ones they sent with the gfx card). Could I even play Oblivion with either or those or would I have to go buy a new gfx card too? And if so, what would you recomend (About $120)?

I appreciate any help you can give. :D

yes, thats one thing youll want to consider. if you go out and spend 120$ on a video card, and then its bottlenecked by a POS cpu or ram, you just wasted your money.
