In installed a Linux Ubuntu distro using the Wubi loader on a Windows 7 drive in a Win7 / Vista machine (one OS per drive). This is a great unattended install, but Wubi tends to be invasive of the Windows system. It worked perfectly, but when some Ubuntu Updates came by, Grub did something to me. Now my computer stalls at ACPI in the PCI device list.Won't start at all.

put the Win7 installation disk in and see if you repair the OS, or can you uninstall Ubuntu
