i845G~~does it really support DDR333??

I went to check Intel's website today. It showed that i845G only supports DDR266/200. Also I went to check on Asus and Gigabyte's websites. From the descriptions of all their i845G mainboards, they all said that they support DDR266/200 without mentioning DDR333. I am confused now because THG said that i845G supports DDR333. Can anyone help me out? Thank you!

the 845G "unofficially" supports ddr333...meaning that it can run ram at pc2700 speeds but it is niether endorsed nor supported by intel....
