I am having a heck of a time trying to discern what is wrong with one of my
K100s

When attempting to install HP-UX, the system boots, but eventually displays
the following on the console:

Are you trying to boot the machine with an 11i TCOE release? Try the
server version. I believe the 11i workstation release expects a PA2.0
system and the K100 is PA1.[2-3]

I have managed to correct the problem. I swapped out the core I/O board
from another K class system, and this solved the problem.

Now, does anyone have a core I/O board they would sell?

Please let me know.

Thanks again.

11i TCOE works just fine with PA1.x
