How do you run a timedemo in Quake 4?

I've tried the same command as for Doom 3 but get a not found error. I've tried the command that Tom's use in their tests and again get a not found.

Do I have to download the demo? If so where from?

I'm upgrading to a dual core and would like to benchmark using Quake 4 as it utilises dual core.
