Ok, a few changes.

512MB Samsung. Good RAM.
Instead of that CD-RW, get a Lite-On or Plextor. Plextor is more expensive, by a lot usually.
Definitely the R9700
Maybe get 2 WD800JB HDDs
Get the Antec PLUS1080B. Better than the 880.

Everything else looks good. If you need to save money, then get a 2.26B instead of the 2.4B.
