MSI KT3 ULTRA 1/5 Divider?

I'm wondering if this mobo has an automatic 1/5 divider around the 166MHz fsb mark?? My friend's running an AXP at 1.75GHz (10.5 x 167.xx) and it is rock stable under prime95 and 3dmark2001SE. It seems that if there weren't a divider there would be crashes. Just curious...

Yes it is an automatic 1/5 divider activated at 157 MHz, so at 166 MHz the PCI is at 33 Mhz and AGP at 66 MHz (default speeds)
