Gigabyte GA-7VRXP Problem with RAM?

I recently got the Gigabyte GA-7VRXP to replace my old ECS that burned out after a few years of use. My new Gigabyte is working fine except the fact that its only reading my DDR 256MB RAM at 128. Any suggestions on how to fix the problem? Thanks for your time.

Try different slots.

A different chip in the current slot etc.

Download and try the CTSpd program and find out what's going on in your memory.
