Hello, I have a 2135cn multifunction color last printer that is offline. How do I correct that?

call Dell and run their diagnostics, sounds like the net connection died

You could also try running the printer troubleshooter by clicking the Start button > Control Panel. In the search box, type troubleshooter, and then click Troubleshooting. Under Hardware and Sound, click Use a printer.
