Counterstrike- gun locks up on full auto

Hi,

Sometimes when I'm playing Counterstrike my primary gun will get lock on full auto and I can't get it to quit unless I reboot steam. My secondary will only shoot once when this happens. My knife will go in full auto slash.. I know the problem is not my mouse because it does this w/ 3 different mice. My new mouse is a g5. I thought the problem was w/ me hitting caplocks, so I disabled that. The problem is not constant. Some nights it happens once, others it happens 10 times. Could this be my config file? Not sure what else to check??
