which motherboard for digital video editing

I'm planning to build a new system for digital video editing. Any suggestion? Which motherboard should I use? Should I go for dual processors? I tried dual P3 before. It's suk. I'm thinking about getting ASUS P4T533-C (PC1066 RAM) or ASUS A7M266-D (PC2100 RAM, dual AMD processors). Do you know any motherboard that is better than those I mention?

All those defferences give me headache.

bus speed 226 133, 400, 533
cache ? 512k

different types of RAM: RDRAM or DDR
PCI slot for ultra160 SCSI: 64bit or 32bit
