I installed Battliefield last night, and was ajusting the video settings, and set a resoluion outside of what my monitor supports......when i launch the game, the screen automatically goes blank "outside of range". Is there anyway i can set the game to run at a low resolution so i can get in and change it back to a supported format? I tried one suggestion that involved added +svx 1280 +svz 800 to the target line, but it didnt seem to work. Im using Vista Ultimate,

That would give you 1280x800, what's your monitor's native resolution, have you tried using that?

Right now im running an old 17" untill i can afford the Dell 2407 8)
the native is 1280x1024. When i type that in the target line, vista gives me a message that says " i need administrative privileges" which i have, and i set Battlefield to run as an ADMIN proccess....after i hit ok, it appers to stick, but when i launch, i get the "out of range" right away. If i uninstall, and try to re-install; do u think ill have activation issue???
