mainboard for XP, need advice asap

I am going to upgrade my friend's computer. I am confused which mb should i choose.

My requirements:
1. Need to be stable
2. Do not need oc ability
3. Quite cheap
4. For XP 1800
5. Do not need to be the fastest

K7s6a. is it sis 745? or u type it wrongly, and you mean k7s5a sis 735? I use k7s5a, and quite satisfied. but i dont know about the sis 745.

k7s5a uses sdram or ddram. K7s6a uses only ddram.

A little more stable, only uses DDR, and overclocks better

Hi,

I want to ask another question. I am using k7s5a. I just want to ask whether i can use a front panel usb port? And i know that i can use an audio front panel port, but is that mean that i need to install the on board sound card?
