finding windows explorer program files

Archived from groups: microsoft.public.windowsxp.newusers (More info?)

I hope somone can help me. I used windows 98 for 7 years
and just purchased a computer with windows XP. In 98 all
you did was click ..start.. click windows explorer..look
under drice C:.. click on program files and there you
were! How do I get into program files with windows XP? I
have my paint shop pro there and need to add some file
folders for plugins.
