BIOS problem!

Hi guys,

need some help. a friend of mine mistakedly flashed his mobo with wrong bios (one for another board). Now the board wont boot properly and locks up at the "Checking NVRAM" message. it doesnt actually do the ram test tho. The board is a Gigabyte Ga-7VTXH, it has DUAL-bios but the second bios is not kicknig in, and we cant get into the bios setup to enable the abckup bios. Any suggestions?

Have you tried "Clearing the CMOS"?

god knows your entire system setup & he would answer your questions if he could just stop laughing

if you press delete immediately upon powering up, it doesn't go into the CMOS setup?
