There's a spot on the monitor that seems to be not refreshing fast enough, like it is blinking.
Before I moved my computer to another room, the monitor is working fine. But once I moved, I used a different POWER POINT, is starts to have this problem. So can it be because of power current problems from this power point ?

Is it interference with external devices? e.g. speakers?
