Does Asus P4T533-C have ATT133 Controller?

I am trying to decide between the 533 and the 533-C. I really dont need 4 RAM slots, so the Raid controller is the only thing I can see would sway me one way vice the other. Any help is appreciated. Thanks

The 533 is designed for entirely different memory than the 533-C. The 533 uses the new 32-bit modules which can be mounted singly, but are very hard to find. The 533-C uses the normal 16-bit type that are easy to find and must be installed in pairs. That's why one board has two slots and the other has four, by the way.

Thx for the info about RAM. I would also like to know if the 533-C has the ATA133 controller? That is my main question.

I think the only ATA133 IDE channels are offered with in the same channels as RAID. So if it has RAID(?) then it'll have ATA133 most likely.
