try tracing the fuel line starting at the tank
the cars that I've had all had them near the back
if all else fails, go to the library and go through their Chilton books.
I had a good browse around to no avail. Seems no one has done a site on diagrams of cars. You would think Haines might. Perhaps not then.
Might be an idea to join an online Toyata owners club or something.
One last idea. Sometimes filters are situated down at the fuel tank end of things. Not sure about this one though. I used to have an 86' Celica-Supra, and the fuel filter was in the engine compartment.
