I'm on USWest Ladder SC.

5-40 pgems. Why varies that much?
Fair (most ongoing) value is around 15 pgems. Some people either trying
to take advantage of newbie trader or just honest mistake will ask for
Pul (40 pgems).
Botters will have tons of this and will sell for less than 10 pgems.
