Right click the BF2 icon on your Desktop [or if you have it else where]
and under target, put this:
"C:\Program Files\EA GAMES\Battlefield 2\BF2.exe" +menu 1 +fullscreen 1 +szx 1680 +szy 1050
It game totally looks amazing! I noticed that the G36E aimer looks smaller giving me a better 1 shot fire with Accuracy.
Note: 1680x1050 size is mainly for LCD wide screen gaming monitors. If you want, change the numbers to whatever size you want
