I've downloaded directx 9 and my latest graphic card drivers to date. The problem is that i can't run 3DMark03. I also updated my on-board soundcard which is AC97 audio. Can u guys help me out?

My system specs:
P4 2.4(B)GHZ
MSI GEFORCE4 MX 440
256 DDR RAM
WINDOWS XP PRO

What errors do you get?
Oh, and just to let you know...you'll only be able to run 1 test in 3DMark03...

I recieved a msg box saying "You're only able to run 1 test in 3Dmark03",u r right,why is this happen? After that,the program back to desktop when i try to run the test.

because your card does not support direct x 9, 3d mark 03 is a direct x 9 benchmark.
