vcore = voltage core right but what does this exactly do? does it increase the amount of power to the computer or something? explain in detail thks what % should i set it

No that is considered over-volting. Overclocking is when you change the CPU's default multiplier or FSB settings to make it run faster than its default speed. You should only raise the VCORE if you know what you're doing and why you're doing it. Raising it without knowing what you're doing is not very smart and can lead to your CPU core dying.
