I have got a harddisk and it doesn't start up. the error is :Registry_error
.. code: 0x000000051(0x00000003, 0x00000003, 0x00000000, 0xE1112000). I tried
to look for data on the drive by setting him to secondary harddrive but the
document and settings file is not available, because that file is protected
by a password.
Is there anyone who can help me.

Resolving the startup issue would require knowing what the user was doing
with the system prior to the problem, and if any new hardware was installed.

As to the problem accessing the user folder, search Help & Support on "take
ownership".
