I am far from a n00b when it comes to games. I have competed in many tournaments before on both Xbox and Xbox 360. The games I have competed in are Halo 2 and Gears of War. One of the most notable tournaments I have competed in was last year's MLG Finals in Vegas.

My question to you is how do I get involved in PC Gaming? I can't seem to find any tournaments or qualifiers or anything. Does anyone have any suggestions or tips on how I can get involved?

Quake wars definately is the next big thing along with Crysis. For your tournament problems ill give u links to the CAL website and the TWL website.
When you join a clan u sign up on one of them and play matches which ur clan will organize.

You should wait until june to get quake wars or get bf2 now but bf2 is going to the **** hole so i wouldnt go with that. Here are the links to TWL and CAL:

CAL:

IMO TWL is a joke..go check out CAL or CPL(need to be 18 or over or something for CPL). If your going to go into competitive gaming just check out which games CPL or CAL support then pick them up and start playing, join a good team, and then hopefully you'll be competing.
