well i had no idea where to put this but since i have windows 7 home 32 bit i supposed i'd post it here.
Basically i downloaded the beta for msn messenger for whatever reason >.> and after i had downloaded it and installed the program when i tried to launch it it gives me an error message saying "The program can't start because c100.dll is missing from your computer. Tried reinstalling the program to fix this problem." Now when i reinstall the program nothing happens...it only happens when i try to launch this program and skype, when i hit ok it goes to the program regardless and works.
What im worried about is i think this might of slown down my computer and it causes some start up issues. Now im wondering if there's a way to fix this without reinstalling my OS because that's what i was told would be the best solution. maybe if you guys could give me some links to a download and how to get it back in my windows folder or something like that.
