Hey does anyone know where I can get 2142 for under $30? I'm a little broke and need a good game for spring break. I'd like to run to a local store and pick it up to avoid shipping costs and wait but will order online if needed. Another option is a good game for the price that will last a while other than BF. BF2 is pretty sweet too I'd love it for a good price too. Thanks!
Read the forums on BF2142... nothing but problems. If you are planning on running Vista, you will have an even harder time getting it to run properly.
What kind of problems? And no, I'm not running vista although my free upgrade should come any time... even then I won't abandon Nero, DX9, or running fine on 1 gig of RAM for another 6 months. BTW what's Quake wars and how is BF2 rated on these forums? I'd prefer a shooter and as I said I have 30 bucks to buy a game to last spring break...any suggestions within my price range?
