Can anyone tell me where to go to learn, step-by-step, how to post directly to the Microsoft newsgroup servers?
Also, where can I go to learn about using newsgroups?

Try this for a start, clicking on any link on the page will
automatically configure OE for the newsgroup of your choice.

If you look in OE>Help>Contents and Index for Newsgroups, the
instructions are there for configuring.

The following link explains how to make good posts, how to conduct
yourself, etc. The rules are the same as in any walk of life, explain
properly, be polite, and say thank you when someone helps!
