ASUS P4B533-E & Corsair Memory

Has anybody teamed up Corsair memory - XMS 3200 V2.1 with an ASUS P4B533-E mobo?
Just interest as a dealer advised me it would be a good combo.

Why wouldn't it work? I'm thinking of maybe the P4B533 and Corsair PC3200C2.
